Return Policy


All American Medical Supply Corp allows for its customers to return certain unused products in their original, sealed packaging.  It will notate on the product description prior to purchase whether it is a returnable product.


Before returning any product, email us at for a Return Authorization number.  Please include the Invoice or Order # and the products you are looking to return in your email. 

Return authorizations are only accepted via email so there are no discrepancies.  We will reply to you via email with the RA number. 

All Returns are subject to the following restocking fees:
0-30 Days: 20%
No returns will be accepted 30 days after date on invoice unless otherwise agreed to.

Credit or refund (less the restocking fee) will be applied to the account once the product has been received, inspected and approved for re-stocking.

Shipping expenses to return products are to be paid by the customer.



Some products sold by All American Medical Supply Corp have a warranty from the manufacturer and we will honor that warranty.  Warranties will be listed in the product description or as a separate warranty link.  All American Medical Supply Corp warrants to the original purchaser that product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the product has been altered in any way or has not been used in accordance with Instructions provided with the product. Warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, neglect, misuse or operation beyond capacity, or substitution of parts not approved by the brace manufacturer. Defective products will be replaced or credited.  Please have the defective product available for return if requested.
